Our organic wines from Ardèche

We produce wines certified as 100% organic under the IGP Côteaux de l’Ardèche appellation. We are labeled Vignerons Indépendants and are guided by a constant pursuit of balance, freshness, and fruit expression. Each cuvée is conceived as a sincere interpretation of our grape varieties, our plots, and our winemaking approach: precise, respectful, and without artifice. Our wines stand out for their aromatic purity, the intensity of their fruitiness, and the minimal use of sulfites. They are offered at affordable prices.

 Since its founding in 2023, our young winery has been proud to see several of its cuvées honored with medals at competitions every year.

Daring less sulfites

Our winery, through its design and our practices, ensures high standards of hygiene during the winemaking process: we are able to reduce the use of sulfites to the absolute minimum, or even eliminate this preservative entirely, especially when making our red wines. From experience, we know that fewer sulfites mean more flavor.

We currently offer two cuvées that are 100% free of added sulfites: Charles and René.

Less oak for more fruit

In the Gourmandes range, the wines are aged in underground raw concrete tanks and stainless steel tanks. We vinify them in a way that brings out their natural aromas, using very low-temperature fermentation and aging on the lees.

In the Elégantes range, the wines are aged in 2.25-hl oak barrels for about 8 months. This oak aging is always partial (about one-third of the cuvée) to add depth to the wine without altering its character.

Les conviviales

Les Conviviales are wines with fruity profiles with small degrees of alcohol. These are bottles that are opened spontaneously to enjoy moments with friends and family throughout the year. On the palate, the aromas are clean and the structures light: they highlight the freshness while maintaining a lovely aromatic finish.
