Terre de vins

Recently, Terre de Vins stopped by Les Garidelles to tell the story of our winery, designed from the outset to be a unique facility.

Here, the idea has never been to create something spectacular, but simply to do things right. On flat terrain, we envisioned a simple operation that minimizes handling as much as possible: less pumping, fewer interventions, to let the grapes follow their natural course.

This choice, seemingly discreet, makes a big difference. The winemaking process becomes gentler, the tannins soften, and the wine’s balance emerges more freely.

This winery is also part of a broader philosophy: working with less, while respecting the terroir and the rhythm of life.

Ultimately, that’s what it’s all about: creating the conditions for the wine to express itself, without ever rushing it.
